Anti-ACVR2B Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Activin Receptor Type IIB (ACVR2B), available from Antibodies.com. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with human samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 50–150 of human ACVR2B (NP_001097.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 58 kDa.

The reagent is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
