Anti-ACVR1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against ACVR1 (Activin Receptor Type IA) and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–125 of human ACVR1 (NP_001096.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target has a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Reactivity is reported for Human and Mouse samples per the manufacturer's datasheet, while the Antibodies.com product listing also indicates Rat reactivity.
