Anti-ACVL1 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit-derived reagent raised against ACVL1 (Activin receptor-like kinase 1, also known as ACVRL1/ALK-1), supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation. The antibody was purified from rabbit serum by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide, a synthetic peptide derived from human ACVL1 (amino acids 196–245), and is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabiliser/preservative. It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and detects endogenous levels of the ACVL1 target in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended applications include Western Blot (1:500–1:1000), Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (1:50–1:100), Immunofluorescence / Immunocytochemistry (1:100–1:500) and ELISA (1:20000), with a reported molecular weight of approximately 56 kDa. For short-term use, the vial should be kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C; for longer storage, aliquot and store at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
