Anti-ACTR3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against ACTR3, the Actin-related protein 3 that forms a core component of the ARP2/3 complex. The antiserum is produced using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to residues within the human ACTR3 sequence, then purified by affinity chromatography to a purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE, yielding an IgG isotype antibody supplied unconjugated. The product is provided as a 50 µl aliquot at approximately 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with a recommended storage condition of -20 °C to preserve activity over multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
