Anti-ACTR3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the Arp3 subunit of the conserved ARP2/3 complex, this polyclonal antibody recognizes a ~47 kDa actin-related protein that nucleates branched filament networks at the leading edge of motile cells, at sites of endocytosis, and within invadopodia or podosome structures. Endogenous levels can be detected across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cytoskeleton and cell-motility research, neuronal development studies, and investigations of intracellular pathogen motility that relies on Arp3-driven actin polymerization.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, the reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl vial. Aliquot upon arrival and store at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
