Anti-ACTR2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ACTR2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen used is recombinant full length human ACTR2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the ACTR2 protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a target at a molecular weight of ~45 kDa.
