Anti-ACTR1A Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ACTR1A, a protein also known by the synonyms Actin-RPV, Alpha-centractin, ARP1, Centractin, Centrosome-associated actin homolog and CTRN1. Host species is rabbit, with polyclonal clonality and an unconjugated format, supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for use in Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). The product is provided in liquid form at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

The immunogen used was recombinant full-length human ACTR1A, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of ACTR1A protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
