Anti-ACTR1A Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies collection, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ACTR1A and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Manufactured as an affinity-purified polyclonal, the antibody is generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 187–376 of human ACTR1A (NP_005727.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with the reported concentration being lot specific and a stated molecular weight of 43 kDa. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
