Anti-ACTN2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Sarcomeric Alpha Actinin (ACTN2). It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent with an IgG isotype and is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–250 of human ACTN2 (NP_001094.1), and the reagent has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 104 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, supplied with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
