Anti-ACTN1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against alpha Actinin (ACTN1), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Monkey samples.

It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–330 of human ACTN1 (NP_001123477.1). The target has a molecular weight of 103 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, purified by affinity chromatography, at a lot-specific concentration.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
