Anti-ACTL6B Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises ACTL6B. It is raised in rabbit, is unconjugated, and is provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen was recombinant full length Human ACTL6B, and the polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of ACTL6B protein. Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the antibody is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows. The target protein migrates at approximately 47kDa.
