Anti-ACTL6B Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against ACTL6B, also known as BAF53b. The unconjugated reagent was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–280 of human ACTL6B (NP_057272.1) and is affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration, and the target migrates at 47–55 kDa.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
