Raised in rabbit and validated for research use, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the ACTL6A protein, a subunit of the SWI/SNF and INO80 chromatin-remodeling complexes also known as BAF53A, Arp4 and INO80K. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified using a recombinant human ACTL6A immunogen. It is unconjugated, which leaves the researcher free to choose a custom label for downstream assays, and it is validated across multiple applications including Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), immunoprecipitation (IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). The reagent cross-reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, enabling reliable detection of the endogenous pool of total ACTL6A in a broad range of cell lysates and tissue sections. The vial is shipped cold at 4°C, then aliquoted and stored long-term at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended for research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications, this product carries the Antibodies.com catalog reference A34199 and provides a versatile tool for studies of chromatin remodeling, BAF complex function and transcriptional regulation.
