Anti-ACTL6A Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ACTL6A, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The target protein, Actin-like 6A, is reported to show low tissue specificity and is located in the nucleoplasm and cytosol. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 30–120 of human ACTL6A (NP_004292.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The observed molecular weight is 47 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, shipped at 4 °C, and intended for long-term storage at -20 °C with avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles.
