Anti-Activin-A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets Activin-A (also known as Inhibin beta A) and is supplied as a lyophilized product, unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. The immunogen is recombinant Human Activin-A produced in plants, the antigen species is Human, and the antibody is purified by Protein G chromatography.

Validated for ELISA and Western blot on Human samples, the lyophilized product is reconstituted with 0.1 ml distilled water. For ELISA, a dilution of at least 1:1,000 is required, allowing the detection of 0.2–1 ng/well of Human Activin A. For Western blot, a dilution of 1:1,000 is recommended.

The antibody is shipped at ambient temperature, with long-term storage of working aliquots at -20°C recommended to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
