Anti-Actived-Caspase-9 p35 (D315) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the activated form of caspase-9. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is supplied unconjugated. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300-350 of human caspase-9 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the ~35 kDa large fragment of caspase-9 generated following cleavage at aspartic acid 315. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
