Anti-Actived-Caspase-3 p17 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Actived-Caspase-3 p17, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH, derived from within residues 150 to 200 of Human active Caspase 3, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of the Actived-Caspase-3 p17 protein. Recognised molecular weight is approximately 17 and 35 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
