Anti-Actinin-α3 (E25) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Actinin-α3 (E25) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human Actinin-α3.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of actinin-α3 protein and does not cross-react with other α-actinin isoforms. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 103 kDa.
