Description
A primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent was raised against Actinin-α1 and is supplied unconjugated. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen was recombinant full length Human Actinin-α1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the Actinin-α1 protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~103 kDa.
Purification was carried out by affinity-chromatography from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. 2 scientific validation images are provided.
