Anti-Actinin-α1/2/3/4 (W48) Antibody

It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied unconjugated. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 30–60 of Human Actinin-α1, and detects endogenous levels of total α-actinin protein.

The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of more than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight for the target is approximately 103 kDa.
