Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Actin (E361), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody targeting Actin. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the C-terminus of human Actin.
The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of endogenous Actin protein.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The affinity-purified antibody has a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE and recognises Actin at approximately 45 kDa.
