Anti-Actin Antibody

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Actin, and the antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to ensure target selectivity. Provided as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, it is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated, allowing flexible use with user-defined secondary detection systems. The reagent is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, and has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species research programmes.
