Anti-Actin α-2 / 3 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Actin α-2/3 and is supplied as an unconjugated reagent. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human Actin α-2/3 and detects endogenous levels of total Actin α-2/3 protein. The reagent is formulated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted on arrival for storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
