Anti-Actin-α3/γ2 (E2) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Actin-α3/γ2 (E2) and is supplied as an unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence applications (IF/ICC-IF), the antibody shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of Human Actin-α3/γ2 and detects endogenous levels of the Actin-α3/γ2 protein.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa.
