Anti-Actin-α/γ (Q49) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Actin-α/γ (Q49) and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The unconjugated reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of Human Actin-α and detects endogenous levels of Actin-α/γ protein. Following affinity purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody has a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, with the target protein exhibiting a molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa.
