Anti-ACTC1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ACTC1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human ACTC1 (NP_005150.1), and recognises the target at a molecular weight of 42 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
