Anti-ACTB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against beta Actin (ACTB), available unconjugated from Antibodies.com. The target protein runs at 42 kDa, and the reagent is validated for Western blot with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–375 of human β-Actin (NP_001092.1). The IgG antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
