Anti-ACT Antibody [KT146]

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this product is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT146) raised against alpha-1-Antichymotrypsin (ACT). It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for ELISA and WB applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The antibody is of the IgG2a isotype and was raised in mouse using ACT purified from human plasma as the immunogen.

The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. IgG is purified from culture supernatant through a Protein A column, and the product concentration is 1 mg/ml. Recommended working dilutions are 1 µg/ml for ELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for WB.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
