Anti-ACSL6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ACSL6 (acyl-CoA synthetase long chain family member 6), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 383–622 of human ACSL6 (NP_001192180.1). The target has a molecular weight of 77 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
