Anti-ACSL5 Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com raised against recombinant full-length human ACSL5 (Acyl-CoA Synthetase Long Chain Family Member 5), a long-chain acyl-CoA ligase that converts free long-chain fatty acids into fatty acyl-CoA esters and that migrates at approximately 76 kDa. The antibody detects endogenous levels of ACSL5 protein in human samples and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, including use on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections from human duodenum, colon, and gastric mucosa where ACSL5 is reported to be enriched relative to adjacent normal tissue.
