Anti-ACSL5 Antibody

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 500-739 of human ACSL5 (NP_057318.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 70 - 76 kDa. The antibody is supplied in liquid form, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended Western Blot dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000.
