Anti-ACSL4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ACSL4 (also known as FACL4), available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human ACSL4 (NP_004449.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 79 kDa.

The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.
