Anti-ACPP Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ACPP (Prostatic Acid Phosphatase), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. The antibody is raised in rabbit and detects endogenous levels of total ACPP, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. It has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen is recombinant human ACPP protein, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. The product is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
