Anti-ACPP Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and targeting Prostatic Acid Phosphatase (also referred to as PAP or ACPP). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 40–300 of human Prostatic Acid Phosphatase (NP_001090.2). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200, with five scientific validation images available.

The product is supplied as a liquid prepared in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been subjected to affinity purification. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
