Anti-ACP5 Antibody

The antibody is polyclonal and unconjugated, purified by affinity chromatography using the recombinant human ACP5 immunogen, and is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol; it is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of total ACP5 protein.
