Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ACP1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent was generated in rabbit and is provided unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The immunogen used was recombinant full length Human ACP1, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of ACP1 protein. It has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 18 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
