Anti-ACOX1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com for the detection of ACOX1 (also referred to as AOX). The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-270 of human ACOX1 (NP_004026.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Reported molecular weights are 74 kDa / 50 kDa, and concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Intended for research use only; not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
