Anti-ACO1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Aconitase 1 (ACO1) and is supplied as a liquid preparation by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and is suited to immunohistochemistry applications, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples. Concentration is reported as lot-specific.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–170 of human Aconitase 1 (ACO1) (NP_002188.1), and the antibody is affinity purified. The molecular weight of the target protein is 98 kDa. The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is given. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at −20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
