Anti-ACLY Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ATP citrate lyase (ACLY). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples [C0][S1].

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 752–1101 of human ACLY (NP_001087.2) and is affinity purified [S1]. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300 [S1]. The target protein has a molecular weight of 125 kDa [S1]. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200 [S1].

The product is shipped at 4°C; users should aliquot and store at −20°C upon delivery and avoid freeze/thaw cycles [S1]. The concentration is lot specific [S1].
