Anti-Acinus Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Acinus, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for ELISA, Western Blotting, and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence applications on human samples. It is purified by affinity chromatography on a peptide column and supplied in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen corresponds to amino acids near the C-terminus of the cleaved active peptide p17, a sequence identical to that of mouse Acinus. Acinus is also known by the synonyms ACIN1, apoptotic chromatin condensation inducer in the nucleus, and KIAA0670. The antibody is of the IgG isotype. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
