Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting AChRα3 (L139), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for western blotting (WB). The reagent is unconjugated and validated for use on human, mouse and rat samples.
The antibody detects endogenous levels of neuronal acetylcholine receptor subunit α3 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 120-180 of human AChRα3 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity >95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target migrates at ~60 kDa.
