Anti-AChE (K585) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent targets AChE at the K585 epitope. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with confirmed reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 560-600 of Human AChE, and the AChE (K585) pAb detects endogenous levels of AChE protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa.
