Anti-AChE Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies portfolio, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and is supplied at the 50 µl size. It is formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human AChE). The unconjugated antibody is intended for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and it has been validated to detect endogenous levels of AChE in human, mouse and rat samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
