Anti-AChE Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against AChE (acetylcholinesterase). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human AChE, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of AChE protein.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa, and the antibody is supported by three scientific validation images.
