Anti-ACHE Antibody

The antibody targets acetylcholinesterase (ACHE), a serine hydrolase enzyme anchored to cholinergic synapses and neuromuscular junctions, where it terminates synaptic transmission by rapidly hydrolyzing the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on mouse tissue sections, supporting visualization of cholinergic neurons, motor endplates, and other regions where ACHE distribution is being characterized in neuroscience and toxicology research.
