Anti-ACER2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ACER2, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human and rat samples and is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, in a solution at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ACER2 and detects endogenous levels of ACER2 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of approximately 31 kDa.
