Anti-ACE2 (K465) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ACE2 (K465), offered by Antibodies.com, is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 430-482 of Human ACE2 and detects endogenous levels of ACE2 protein. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
