Anti-ACE Antibody

Raised in rabbit against Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme (ACE), this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets a synthetic peptide region spanning amino acids 920–950 of the human protein (the F940 epitope), supporting detection of endogenous ACE in tissue lysates and fixed sections. Affinity purification by epitope-specific chromatography yields greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE, and the antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS (pH 7.2) with 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, the unconjugated format lets users pair the primary with their preferred secondary antibody for chromogenic, fluorescent, or chemiluminescent readouts. Aliquot upon arrival and store at -20°C to preserve activity across freeze-thaw cycles; short-term storage at 4°C is acceptable for active use.
