Anti-ACE Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The antibody targets Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 1 (ACE) and is unconjugated, with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is produced as a liquid preparation purified by affinity chromatography, with a reported molecular weight of 170 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 554-758 of human ACE (NP_000780.1). Concentration is lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.
