Description
A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against ACCS, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody of the IgG isotype is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human samples. The immunogen used to generate the antibody was recombinant full length Human ACCS, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of ACCS protein, a target with a molecular weight of approximately 57 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
